Vennlighet av personalet... beliggenhet 10 minutter fra flyplassen og ca. 15 minutter fra Dubai kjøpesenter... rent og komfortabelt... til tross for sen utsjekking var det greit.

Friendly staff who were very helpful and accommodating, gave a good price when we requested to extend our stay at the hotel.Very good location, near sharaf metro station. Convenient to go to Dubai mall and other attractions.Very good price for the size of room and accessibility.

The hotel restaurant coordinator Mr. Abilash did the excellent support for the dinings arrangement timely and taking utmost care of guests.The hotel receptionist Mr.sajid did the prompt support for checkin and check out. Taking care of guest requests nicely.The hotel location is very near to sharaf DG Metro station. Also nearby cental mall have the shopping complexand restaurants.

Every day they washed our water cups, fixed the covers and brought us bottles of water. We had reserved two rooms and both had a bathtub in the bathroom. The beds were huge and comfortable to sleep on. There were many supermarkets and restaurants next to the hotel! There were also many shops for souvenirs, perfumes and various things related to Dubai.

Room was good and the food was good. Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean.Mrs. Akhlaq was at reception. His communication was very good check in very fast. They were Quick response on our request. Serve everything in the room very fast. Really i enjoyed there. Thank you Akhlaq and his team. Really i appreciated to vista city hotel.

Staff wad very hospitable and there for every need of mine. excellent property and very convenient to usc activities. FO staff is extremely efficient. Pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm...
